How It Works

USN Winners Energy Hydration provides fast-digesting carbohydrates to replenish glycogen for improved energy during endurance activity, while its multi-electrolyte blend supports hydration and muscular function. It fits seamlessly into long training sessions, team sports, and events where maintaining energy and fluid balance is essential.

 

Directions for Use

Mix 2 heaped scoops (36 g) with 500 ml cold water.

  • During training/events over 60 minutes: Drink 1–2 servings every hour.
  • Pre-event: Start drinking 30–60 minutes beforehand, taking 2–3 sips every 10–15 minutes.
  • Post-event recovery: Take 1–2 servings within 30 minutes, then another 1–2 servings over the following 2 hours.
