The ultimate complex carbohydrate for sustained energy. It is a pure and finely milled white rice cereal that can be used any time of day to ensure glycogen replenishment.


Ingredients

White rice flour: gluten free complex carbohydrate that provides the body with energy. Replenishes glycogen stores & provides the body with an effective and easily accessible source of energy.

Sodium: essential mineral to reduce cramping while competing in endurance activity or when expending energy in high temperature & high intensity environments that cause large amounts of mineral loss through sweat.

Protein: protects the body against muscle loss, increases muscle fibre formation & increases lean muscle mass.

Fibre: assists with regulating digestive processes and increases satiety.


Directions

Microwave

Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a microwavable bowl

Add 150–200 ml of boiling water or milk.

Stir well with a fork or spoon.

Microwave on high for 30 seconds.

Stir well.

Repeat this until you reach the desired consistency.

Stovetop

Place 25 g (±1 heaped scoop) of Rice Crème in a pot and add 150–200 ml boiling water or milk.

Stir well with a fork or spoon.

Bring to a boil and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until cooked.

For a double serving use 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) Rice Crème with 300–400 ml water or milk.
