PURE Low Carb Electrolyte Hydration

Tastes good and refreshing with not being too sweet. Dissolves easy. Use this in my drink bottle 4-5 x week for work/tramping. Have to have no refined sugar for health reasons so this is perfect.

This product has a mild flavour that makes it very easy to use especially on longer runs when you have pallet fatigue

Definitely buy again, don't let the size of the container fool you! It lasts ages.

No nutritional advertised on website but claimed to be good for keto. Has 4.3 grams of carbs for a 2 scoop 1 litre serve which is nearly a quarter of carb limits if sticking to 20 grams of carbs a day. Misleading advertising.
