Nothing Naughty Fibre 4 is a gas factory — one sip and I’m clearing rooms like a medieval siege. I can depopulate the office in seconds for some peace and quiet, all while feeling regular. Taste is fantastic, and now I’m hitting my daily fibre targets. Highly recommend for all you crop-dusting kings and queens who like to rule the airspace.

It makes me patero all day long. Like the most meke as farts you could imagine. Serves it's purpose though, keeping the body regular and I suppose if you don't care much for anyone around you - good for crop dusting - assert your dominance! Tastes pretty nice too. Goes good mixed into my coffee.

I went hard to begin with and having read some of the reviews, realise I should have gone easy. A full scoop in the morning has physically wrecked me and those in close proximity to me. Start small and build up. Going hard made my gut symptoms 10x worse, and I have to dial it back and see if I can get good results. A bit disappointed that I am still suffering, but I guess this is a marathon, not a sprint, to better gut health. If it starts improving my gut health, I will return and increase my rating.
