I love this energy gel. It is more liquid than other gels so it is easy to drink/consume. Tastes great. I take it before my walk and i find that the final part of my walk, I can still walk upright, like a human. Without the gel my posture has collapsed into that of a gorilla with his rectum hanging out. Will buy again and thanks for the prompt service team.

The packets have a tendency to leak and this is often seen when opening a new box .
I will still buy them despite this, as the product is great and only let down by the packaging

I find this energy gels to be very good,. They are very liquid, not gel-like. Easy to drink and digest. I use them to keep my hypo's at bay. They work just fine.

This is the sports gel that agrees with me . Very liquid and lots of flavours to mix it up .
