Taste is good if you don't handle the sweetness that come in other powders. It has more of a bitter coffee/ chocolate taste, which I find easier to get into my system after exercise.
It doesn't blend that well. it remains gritty. But definitely willing to have that
negative in order to get something I can consume. (Probably wouldn't notice the grit so much if eaten with cereal)
