ATP Creatine Creapure Monohydrate Powder

You have to mix it a couple of times when trying to dissolve in water. It only has a slight taste when you get the last bits at the bottom. When added in shakes you can't taste a thing. I've been taking it for just over a week and so far its been great at giving me a bit more energy and push to get through some hard and cold winter days. I will buy one for my husband to try as well. We need it as we getting old. We're both 49 now and the energy and clarity just isn't always there anymore. Very happy with mine so far.

This is my first ever creatine so wasn't sure what to expect. I heard about it for women's health on a dietician podcast. I made sure to get Creapure due to tested purity.
The texture is grainy and colour is white.
