RECOMMENDED USE OPTIONS:

  • BEFORE TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training, in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water.
  • AFTER TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water immediately after training.
  • NON TRAINING DAYS: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700ml of ice cold water between meal(s).
